You will find me mostly a Liberal/Libertarian progressive – a concerned and active citizen, evangelist for individual freedom and social responsibility, critic with an anarchist’s squint, versed in the language of creative play from the work of Werner Erhard and Landmark Education, and student in mastery of the work of Clare W. Graves and Don E. Beck popularly known as Spiral Dynamics.
I am a personal coach and a dweller in the small but diverse All-American City of Monrovia in the San Gabriel foothills of Los Angeles County California. I was Ohio born and raised on a 90 acre farm in Mahoning County and lived my high school years in the county seat of the Great Connecticut Western Reserve (Warren, Ohio). I completed my bachelor of science degree in Business Administration at Youngstown State University and my Masters in Public Administration from Akron University.
I worked in the photographic retail, human resources and information management fields and my hobbies are photography and politics.
I’ve lived in N. Jackson, Warren, Youngstown, and Columbus in Ohio, as well as Ft. Worth Texas and Shreveport, Louisiana. There’s no place more beautiful nor welcoming than the place you are from – regardless of where that is for you. For me it’s the postage stamp property in Monrovia that I call “The Laid Back Ranch.” It’s now where I am from.

The Coach as Guide
This is my mantra for others regardless of my relationship with them.
